To help people and organizations build a fairer society.
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Sociologist, educator and Master in International Public Administration. He has been working in international development with vulnerable populations in Latin America and the Caribbean for the past 14 years. Alex also created the virtual school of social entrepreneurship Start Today .
M&E TRAINER / LEADER
Sociologist with 6 years of experience in community intervention, research, design and measurement of impact, with victims of armed conflict, rural and LGBTI communities. Adriana is currently representing Todos Podemos in Mexico.
PSYCHOLOGIST / TRAINER
Psychologist with experience in workshops with children, young people and vulnerable adults, promoting the development of their skills. She is in charge of the HR area of Todos Podemos and is a member of the Civic Police for the Elderly (citizen awareness).
ACCOUNTANT
Certified Public Accountant with 5 years of experience in the areas of taxes, payroll, and administrative and human management. She also works to help people develop their potential through training in soft skills.
COMMUNICATOR
Sociologist and audiovisual producer with 4 years of experience training and guiding community organizations in peacebuilding with victims of the armed conflict in low-income neighborhoods through audiovisual tools.

TRAINING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN COMMUNE 3 OF MEDELLÍN
Between January and June 2019, 20 entrepreneurs from Manrique (Commune 3 of Medellín) were trained. We made this short video so that you can learn about the process and some of them.
COURSE FOR PROFESSIONALS IN THE SOCIAL SECTOR AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ANTIOQUIA
From September to December 2018, a training of trainers course was held for 14 professionals from the social sector at the University of Antioquia.
HYBRID TRAINING IN COMMUNE 5 OF MEDELLÍN
De febrero a junio 2018, realizamos un proyecto híbrido en el cual formamos a 6 emprendedoras de Castilla (comuna 5 de Medellín) junto con 3 trabajadoras sociales de la Unidad de Familia de la Alcaldía de Medellín.
